1. How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your AFFYNOR account, or clearly identify the account email address in your message.
- If your request relates to Meta/Facebook-connected data, mention that in the message. If you know the relevant Facebook Page, ad account or app-scoped identifier, you may include it to help us locate the correct records.
- Do not send your password, access token, app secret or any other credential. AFFYNOR will never ask you to provide those credentials by email for a deletion request.
2. Identity verification
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, AFFYNOR may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester controls the relevant account. We will not request advertising-platform passwords or secret API credentials.
3. Data covered by a deletion request
Where applicable, a verified deletion request may cover account-profile information, authentication sessions, support information and Meta/Facebook-connected identifiers or configuration associated with the requester. AFFYNOR will also remove or de-identify other personal information where required by applicable law.
4. Data that may need to be retained
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or compliance purposes. Where retention is required, the data will be limited to what is necessary for that purpose and will not be kept longer than required.
5. Timing and confirmation
AFFYNOR processes verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable privacy law. Where the GDPR or similar rules apply, AFFYNOR generally responds within the applicable one-month period unless a lawful extension is necessary. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any lawful reason that prevents full deletion.
6. Meta/Facebook access
Deleting data from AFFYNOR does not necessarily delete information held independently by Meta. You can also review or revoke app and business integrations from your Meta/Facebook settings. Revoking access prevents future API access but does not replace a deletion request for information already stored by AFFYNOR.
