1. Private-beta service
AFFYNOR is under active development. Features may be added, changed, restricted or removed as testing progresses. Public customer deposits, withdrawals and unrestricted autonomous advertising execution are not currently offered unless expressly enabled in a controlled pilot.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these terms. Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
3. What AFFYNOR provides
AFFYNOR combines campaign planning, advertising-platform connectivity, affiliate-network attribution, product and creative intelligence, risk controls and performance reporting. Some features operate in read-only, shadow, paused or review modes until the applicable safety and compliance requirements are satisfied.
4. Advertising and performance risk
Advertising involves financial risk. AFFYNOR does not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, commissions, profitability, preservation of advertising spend or any fixed rate of return. Historical platform or affiliate-network metrics are evidence inputs, not predictions of future results.
5. No investment product
AFFYNOR is a marketing technology service, not an investment, savings, deposit or securities product. Any future managed marketing budget would be used for advertising activity subject to the applicable product terms and payment structure, not offered as an investment return.
6. Controlled advertising execution
Where live advertising is enabled, AFFYNOR may use budgets, CPC caps, campaign status checks, geographic restrictions, policy review gates, attribution checks, execution contracts, runtime limits and emergency pause controls. These safeguards reduce risk but do not eliminate the possibility of advertising losses, reporting delay or platform errors.
7. Affiliate attribution and commissions
Affiliate transactions and commissions are subject to the rules, validation periods, reversals and payment schedules of the relevant affiliate network and advertiser. A transaction shown as pending is not the same as an approved or paid commission. AFFYNOR may block execution where attribution evidence or advertiser permissions are incomplete.
8. Third-party platforms
AFFYNOR depends on third-party services including advertising platforms, affiliate networks, hosting and other infrastructure providers. Their availability, policies, APIs and decisions are outside AFFYNOR's direct control. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use AFFYNOR to violate law, advertiser programme rules, advertising-platform policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or security controls. Attempts to bypass campaign limits, access another user's account, interfere with service operation or submit deceptive or unlawful advertising content are prohibited.
10. Customer funding and payments
Public customer funding and withdrawals are currently disabled. Any future payment, managed-budget or payout feature will be introduced under separate operational and legal requirements before it is made generally available.
11. Intellectual property
AFFYNOR's software, brand, interface, documentation and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, product content and advertising assets remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Suspension and termination
AFFYNOR may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, platform integrity, advertiser relationships, connected accounts or compliance obligations, including where misuse, security risk or policy violations are detected.
13. Availability and disclaimers
The private-beta service is provided on an "as available" basis. AFFYNOR does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or continued access to any third-party API. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AFFYNOR will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from private-beta use, third-party outages, advertising-platform actions or affiliate-network reversals. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product and operating model develop. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
