Payments & Customer Funds Architecture
AFFYNOR is not a bank, electronic-money institution (EMI), payment service provider (PSP), broker or custodian of customer funds.
The intended future model would use an external regulated provider for KYC/KYB and, where available and approved, individual payment or virtual accounts, IBAN/vIBAN and cards. Any future card would be issued by an authorised issuer or BIN sponsor. This proposed architecture is subject to provider acceptance and applicable requirements; it is not an active financial service.
Customer funds would remain with the regulated provider. AFFYNOR does not pool or custody customer money. The proposed infrastructure would support controlled advertising budgets and related activity, not investment, trading, gambling, deposit-taking or guaranteed returns.
The regulated provider would perform account and card KYC/KYB, sanctions screening and AML controls according to its responsibilities. AFFYNOR would retain platform access controls, audit trails and risk monitoring. No active relationship, licence, registration or approval from Visa or TransactPay is claimed.
Campaign budgets
The intended model keeps client campaign budgets individually attributable rather than pooling them into a common investment fund. The exact payment and safeguarding architecture will be finalized only after regulatory and legal review.
Performance risk
Advertising performance is not guaranteed. A campaign can lose some or all of its allocated advertising budget. Negative Balance Protection is intended to prevent a client from owing more than the campaign budget authorized, not to guarantee capital.
Affiliate validation
Pending commissions are not treated as confirmed earnings. Merchant validation, cancellations, returns and reversals must be resolved before a commission can enter the final campaign-profit calculation.
Automation controls
AdPilot Engine is designed so automated intelligence does not have unrestricted authority over funds. Decisioning is constrained by a separate Risk Engine, hard budget caps, loss controls, data thresholds and human override.
Before public launch
AFFYNOR intends to obtain specialist legal advice, confirm affiliate-network and advertiser permissions, select appropriate regulated payment infrastructure, and implement applicable privacy, KYC/AML and consumer-protection requirements before accepting live customer funds.
